For all COD orders, a 5% Extra Charge is applicable on the total bill value. This 5% charge is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances (Return, Exchange, or Cancellation).
Accurate Details
Always provide your Correct Name, Active Phone Number, and Full Address. If an order is returned due to a wrong address, re-shipping charges will apply.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim any damage or missing items, an Uncut & Continuous Unboxing Video is required from the very beginning (showing the sealed label). No video = No Refund/Exchange.
Shipping Timeline
Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days. However, factors like weather, public holidays, or courier issues might cause slight delays.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once handed over to the courier, we cannot stop or cancel the delivery.
