Ingredient: Anhydrous Ethanol, Organic Weak Bas, Cellulose.
How To Use:
1. Apply white colour gel and cure it.
2. Apply SHILLS Metallic Blooming ink Draw the desired blooming or marble pattern. (naturally dry)
3. If the colour is too dark for you, you can dilute it with a transparent colour.
4. Apply the top coat and finish.
