How to Request Account Deletion

You can request to delete your account and all associated data through any of the following methods:

• In-App Option: Open the SS Cosmetics Hub app, go to Profile / Settings, and click on the Delete Account option.
• Via Email Support: If you cannot access the app or prefer a manual request, you can directly email our support team. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Types of Data That Are Deleted

Once your account deletion request is verified and processed, the following personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases:

• Your personal profile details (Name, Email Address, Phone Number).
• Saved shipping and billing addresses.
• App preferences and search history.

Please note that certain data cannot be deleted immediately due to regulatory compliance, legal requirements, or financial auditing. This includes:

• Past order history, transaction records, and invoices (retained as required by local tax and business laws).
• Anonymized analytics data used strictly to improve app security and performance.
